Congratulations to Campile United for their 2-0 win on Sunday the 7th Campile United experienced their first victory of the season when central midfielder David Saridakis struck for two second-half goals.  

Sulphur Emission Control Areas (SECA)

Changes taking place from January 2015 in relation to the European Union directive on Fuel Emission that all ferry operators operating in the Sulphur Emission Control Areas (SECA). The SECA zone includes English Channel and North Sea that we must travel though when moving your cargo going to/from Mainland Europe. The current maximum allowed Sulphur content in marine fuels is 1.0% and this will reduce to 0.1% within the Sulphur Emission Control Areas (SECA). Effectively this means that traditional heavy fuel oil used in freight ferries will be replaced with more refined fuel oil which is more expensive to purchase. All the various ferry operators within this area have slightly different but similar systems for calculating the SECA surcharges. C.R.O.S.S. Rugby Legends Cycle

Nolan Transport helped Vivisical C.R.O.S.S. Rugby Legends Cycle last weekend by transporting over 150 bikes from the Aviva Stadium, Dublin down to Mizen Head. Nolan Transport travelled over 380km for the cyclist to travel over 665km (from Mizen Head to Malin Head) to raise funds for cancer research. Cake Sale in Aid Of Shave Or Dye

The young kids of Nolan Transport decided to hold a bake sale in aid of the Irish Cancer Society with Today FM's "Shave or Dye" campaign. The cake sale was held on the 21st of February in the foyer of our New Ross office. There was a vast selection of cupcakes, traybakes, scones and more They raised over €750 for the cause.
